About Me

Hello, I'm Ashley!

I'm a Northern Nevada native who grew up in Dayton, where I started playing soccer at age 5. Soccer became a huge part of my life and I started playing competitively at 10. This continued through college, first at Western Nevada College and later at Philadelphia University.After my time on the East Coast, I moved back to Reno and coached youth soccer teams while completing my Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Nevada, Reno.I've always been "healthy", but I never really understood what that meant to me until I fell in love with weight lifting. It started as a way to blow off steam, but it became so much more than that. I love the confidence and strength it has given me - physically, mentally and emotionally. Training has become an essential part of my overall wellness.Now, I help others find their own strength. I know firsthand that fitness isn't just about how you look; it's about how you feel, the stress you release, and the confidence you build. When you're feeling good, you start looking good too! Whether you're just starting out or looking to level up your training, I'm here to coach you every step of the way.When I'm not in the gym, you'll find me cooking up something in the kitchen or exploring the trails around Reno. This beautiful location we call our home offers endless opportunities for adventure.

Your training should fit YOUR life - not the other way around.
Not everyone can handle 5-day-a-week programs, strict meal plans, or has time for more than 1 to 3 gym sessions. And that's okay. (It's also okay to work out 4+ days a week if you're able to!)
Every program I create is built specifically for you; one that respects your current fitness level, constraints, and schedule. My approach emphasizes sustainability and functional training: movements that translate to real life, helping you get stronger for the things you actually do every day like picking up your kids, yard work, weekend activities, or just living pain-free.You're not lazy. You're not unmotivated.
You just need a plan that actually fits your life. I help you build simple, consistent habits that create real change without turning your life upside down. Most of my clients train just 2-3 times per week and follow flexible nutrition guidelines. Within weeks, they're feeling better, moving without pain, and actually looking forward to their workouts. No complicated protocols. No obsessing over details that don't matter. Just practical coaching that gets results.
